Success story of Thukral Traders

My personal interview with Mr. Bhupinder Singh Thukral Owner of Thukral Traders was a great learning experience. He cooperated and shared his views about his business. This experience of interviewing him was very interesting and knowledgeable as he gave me a lesson how a person can reach from ‘Rugs to Riches’ with his Brain and sheer hard work. It is true; stars are not far away from the hardworking and capable person. Mr. Bhupinder Singh Thukral, told me the journey he made to reach at this present position. He started his business in 1981 with support of his father. Since it was a new line of business so he faced many difficulties, as he had no market knowledge and idea of qualities of cloth. Oncoming in business he studied potential regions of sale and strategies used by other competitors in the market. With his sharp brain he made better strategies and gained good knowledge of his field. He believes in diversifying his business for growth. He developed his market and with increase in demand he started trading all range of cloth used to make men’s wear like suitings, shirtings, jeans, jackets, pants, etc. With passage of time he purchased more than 4 warehouses for storing goods in demand. He developed proper distribution channels to make cloth available to the retailer as and when required. With time to time he added new and better quality and all range of cloth. His success mantra is “To Set Target and Achieve Predetermined Goals in a Specified Period.” His proper planning led him to the path of success. He made necessary changes with time to sustain and grow in today’s competitive era. It was a great experience to know all this and to understand that in the end HARD WORK really PAYS YOU.
